I was just coming on here to post the same thing... This guy has never been overly impressive, but he's sure taken a beating from fans over the course of his career. Remember when he was booed on Opening Day at Camden Yards after being announced on the orange carpet?

I really wanted Bonifacio and think he would have been a big upgrade over Lombardozzi, Weeks or even Flaherty as a utility IF for us this season. That said, he completely cleared waivers after being DFAed by the Royals. So, no team was interested, at least not at the price he was going for.

Travis Ishikawa didn't last long in Baltimore, but he's the starting 1B for the Pirates to start the season. Technically, he's part of a platoon with Gaby Sanchez, but as the guy who starts against right-handed pitching, Travis will see a lot more playing time.
