Seems that the 70's and 80's had a lot more horrible twitchy stances than todays game. Disco Dan Ford is one that springs to mind.

I think they are having a suck-in. In protest of all the heat Angel Hernandez is getting for his own suck. They are going to suck until the Fans and MLB stop proving they suck. They are scared to go with totally robot umps because it would lead to dramatic statistical differences between robots and human umps. They are scared to show us how horrible the humans always were.
