  1. Unless we are about to be suddenly short staffed, because of a trade?
  2. It feels like we forgot to have fun
  3. Or it fair to say you can’t project clutch hitting without looking at actual historical statistics? Seems they just don’t have the data with the exception of the past few years and a group of young kids who are proving them wrong. Maybe they value higher in the future
  4. When we were getting our collective teeth kicked in 3 years ago, someone asked Means about the season and the bad ending and he said we will be back here in 3 years - I may have embellished a bit - but he was right and should be here for the ride if physically ready
  5. Well shot, Roy - this is not good now nor will it be for the foreseeable future - this is problem at the top
  6. This sounds so absurd. If true and some have confirmed I think someone is doing drinky drinky during decision making hours. It is that awful. It’s so illogical for someone in the legal profession.
  7. If Carter thinks 1 year of NCAA success & bigger signing bonus > jump starting your career and getting to a $30M+ on a your last contract year works in his favor then I tend to think he’s not confident in his pro ball future. Move on
  8. Do you not like Bobby Witt Jr?
  9. He’s a hero to me and so many other people
  10. Trey showed soooo much class while being an inspiration to so many people - I’m just so proud of him - I was rooting and screaming for him - great guy, classy and showed out - surprised ESPN didn’t run with his story longer, seemed like we’re caught off guard by his performance and being there at the end. And kudos to Ced - great teammate enjoying the ride - he too is representing - love these guys
  11. Baseball doesn't exist to ESPN outside of New York, Boston and Los Angeles teams. sorry acknowledging your comment - struggling with the quote function
