  1. Just curious how many combined innings folks think we’ll get from Bradish and Means combined this year. Looks like Means could be back in late April. I’m guessing Bradish is late May at the soonest, if all all.
  2. Oh, absolutely. If he was healthy, I’d call our rotation excellent. With him out, it’s still decent but nothing special. My optimism meter on his return is pretty high right now. I’m thinking 60% chance of a return before June 1. How well he’ll pitch is murky.
  3. Imagine how bad it must suck to be 90 minutes from opening day ceremonies and still not know if you made the club (not referring to McKenna here).
  4. I guess I’ll watch the hour long pregame show just to see how badly they can screw it up!
  5. Ah, another year of second guessing the lineup every single day!
  6. It is absolutely a new low. Plus, information about where the press conference was going to be available was not well circulated in advance. Nothing on the MASN site saying the presser would be shown on MASN, no posting on the Youtube, Orioles.com or Facebook saying “stay tuned for 11 a.m. press conference. Then when they started late nobody’s giving the messsge “you’re in the right place, we just haven’t started yet.” Just amateur hour all over the place.
  7. I’d much rather watch Tom Davis interview Rick Dempsey in a grocery store than watch a press conference with the new ownership group.
  8. I guess some techie had that video cued up and hit “play” by accident. Pity that DR has to fire the entire communications team on day one of his tenure. But that was an embarrassing production.
  9. That was the start of the “Next Chapter” video, I believe. The mom talking with her child.
  10. And at 11:35 it’s over? No questions? I liked what DR and his colleague had to say, but I thought we’d get some Q&A. That ended rather abruptly.
  11. OK, this political stuff is nauseating. Please get to Rubenstein already.
  12. Looking forward to watching this later. Looks like a good follow on to the 101 documentary.
