Gunnar murdered a ball off the bat at 110 that ended up being a really routine groundout because it hit the mound and slowed down. The xBA was still .590 on that play.

This was pretty cool too. 28.3 feet per second and covered 70 feet. The play took 4.2 seconds which is fitting on Jackie Robinson day.

Damn, he might win Electric Play of the Week again this season, he won it for the catch he made in Pittsburgh in the 11th inning on the 6th.

Yeah, going to his left he'll be fine, he'll be hard-pressed coming in on rollers and around the bag, with a fairly speedy runner I think. He'll be fine.

I also think you are struggling with the fact that games caught and games played are two very different things. Adley is not being overused as a catcher.

Grayson is a bit different for me. He needed to work on his mechanics and came back with a completely different delivery. Holliday needs to see ML pitching, I don't think his swing is broken, he's just being pitched to and he'll have to adjust and I think he will.

AAA pitching isn't going to help him hit MLB pitching. He needs to learn up here.

I doubt he's going back down, he'll hit. He needs to start putting some stank on his throws to 1B, though. Everything is closer than it should be with him lobbing things over there.
