    Redskins vs. Texans Game Thread

Let's see if we have enough people to do this. Game time is at 4:15 PM. This should be a good one between our great defense and the Texans seemingly great offense. I think it turns on whether our offense gels today. Gotta be an improvement from last week, right?

Need some offensive production today. Hou doesn't have DAL def though, so I'm hopeful.

Absolutely. And defense typically trumps offense, but it is clearly all about match ups here. Carlos Rogers has to effectively bump Andre Johnson at the line and Reed Doughty has to help over the top. Unfortunately, I don't believe Reed is up to the task. He has looked rough in coverage.

As for Arian Foster, I don't believe our front 7 will get pushed around. He'll come back down to earth.

I think so too, I know Schaub doesn't do well when pressured, so if the line gets some pressure on him it might not matter how our coverage does. It's really up to our front 7 today. This Ravens game is kinda painful to watch so I hope we play better this week.

No doubt! I'm snooooooozing trying to watch this game. I've got Ray Rice as a keeper in my fantasy league, so I try to watch. Killing me...

Based on today's Cowboys game, I'm not sure that's the case.

The offense better step it up today because the Texans are likely to put up some points.

I was thinking the same thing. Cowboys look like the same old, media hyped team they always are. They are not legit.

I was thinking this as I checked scores earlier, hard to say without watching the game for sure, but I was like sweeeet, I gave them the kiss of death. Unfortunately I have Forte starting over Best today...SMH.

Wow, what a dumb play by Slaton.

Nice opening drive for the Skins.

Stalled in the "maroon zone," but at least the FG worked this time...need to go further next drive, though. Seven is still greater than three....

Of course Rodgers needed two chances, but great play nonetheless!

Nice pressure from Landry as well.

I see the Redskins are still giving the opponents a second chance when they start off around the 1...WHY?
