    Another relief guy, have to think he moves quickly. (Jumped the gun, after being a relief pitcher his first 3 years, started this year.)

    You didn't hear? They're changing it to the 30 roster, with the extra 5 spots being allotted for BP arms. JJ's ahead of the curve.

    Seen him pitch a few times recently and have been impressed. Not a big arm, but knows how to pitch. Has some really nasty breaking stuff.

    Here is some video from probably his best start of the year, after having 11 Ks against Miami a few weeks ago.
