The cigar thread
I had a CAO Gold Robusto and an Arturo Fuente Rothschild over the weekend and enjoyed both very much.
Had a good smoke lately? My first humidor is on its way to me in the mail, so I'll finally get to stock up on a few.

From Amazon. Capri glass-top, 25-50 cigars. It was $27.99 with free shipping. I also bought a two-pack of Drymistat humidifier tubes.

My wife just got me a humidor for my birthday. I have about 5 cigars I got from Little Italy in NY in April and she bought me a bunch more, so I am stocked up pretty good right now.
Anyone know where to find a good rum SOAKED cigar, or how to do them yourself? I'm not talking about a rum tip, I'm talking about when they soak them sumguns good in rum!

I tried an Acid Kuba Kuba cigar last night.

This was my first "flavor infused" cigar. It was interesting, but not something I think I would try again.

I was ruined at a young age by Swisher Sweets.

Just discovered that apparently my system can't handle cigars on back-to-back days.

BUMP.
My groomsmen got me smoking cigars right now. I'm going to try to keep it to 2-3 times a week though.
Anyway, do you guys have some links to cigars you'd recommend? Preferably nothing too pricey. LOL

My buddy says this is the best deal in the history of mankind. I haven't tried them myself yet. ~$50 for 15 sticks.

Yeah...depends on what your looking for. There are lots of different parts of cigars that are appealing.
Price point, Maduro vs Cameroon (dark vs light), ring gauge all play pretty big factors.
I'm a fan of the CAO Italia over the Gold. But both are solid. My favorite for pricier cigars right now is the Monte Cristo White. It's a great cigar for the cost, but it isn't a cheapy either.
I do like the Fuente Short Stories for a quick, strong flavored cigar. They aren't super expensive, but it's just a solid clean smoke.
