Glad someone agrees with me about Bryan.
I love the Henry run. I would love to see him take out Show at TLC and then feud with Kane when he comes back, I guess. Not sure who else can feud with him unless he drops the belt to Show. This will be an epic 3 match series between the two though.
A Henry/Orton feud would be entertaining but at the same time, Henry is a monster right now, it would be hard to sell.

Do any of you check out the local Indy promotions? A few of the local guys work out at my gym and I'm sure they would appreciate the support and/or the attendance.
There's an upcoming event at Orchard Beach Banquet Hall on Solley Rd in Glen Burnie on January 28th. Jerry Lawler is going to be there.

Barrett is feuding with Orton right now.
I can see Kane returning at the PPV and interfering in the match, setting up a Triple Threat at the Rumble with Kane vs Show vs Henry.
I think they are gonna try and keep Henry strong through to Mania and have Sheamus be his challenger at WrestleMania after winning the Rumble. They had better keep Sheamus a badass though and stop his smiling and screwing around. He should have punted Hornswoggle into the upper deck last night.
Keep Sheamus strong....keep Henry strong...and keep them apart...and you've got yourself one hell of a World Championship Match at Mania.
My early Mania predictions...
Cena vs Rock
Henry (c) vs Sheamus
Punk (c) vs Jericho
UnderTaker streak match. Would love to see this be against Brock, even if its a one time match for them both and then they're both gone again.

A. I cannot see them keeping the belt on him that long (although I'd love it).
B. I am still wondering who Taker will fight. This seems to be the perfect year to see him put someone over, but I am not sure who it would be. And if it is Henry, what does Taker win the belt and then carry it for awhile? Is he going to be a regular? Henry certainly can't beat him.
This is perhaps the most interesting time period I remember 3-4 months out of Mania when it comes to the Streak. Every year now could be Taker's last. There is some speculation about a Kane and Taker tag match at Mania, with thoughts that maybe Undertaker can't put on a great match, but I think that is pure speculation.
At the same time I can't see any young talent they see as worthy of ending the streak. Punk and Orton are already established, and Cena is Cena. I don't think they are willing to put Rhodes or anyone on his plain into that level. This is almost like Hogan over Andrea at WM 3, but to a lesser extent. Whoever wins should be right up there with Cena in no time. That could be 2 or more years away though.

I have a feeling Taker will win at Mania and walk after.

He's had a lot of surgeries since last year and there is still talk he may not make it to this Mania at all. I think he's probably really close to retiring, but I bet they'd love to have that nice round 20-0 mark to end it on. Which again means that this year's opponent should be extra special.

Don't forget that Daniel Bryan is still scheduled to be in the main event of Wrestlemania for the championship belt.
Regarding Sheamus, the crowd starting cheering for him when he was still a heel so the WWE just made him a face because he was already getting that reaction. The thing with Hornswoggle was interesting last night and I was waiting to see him turn heel but it helped killed the stupid non-talking storyline so it is alright.
What interests me right now is that Cena isn't really in a storyline and I want to see how long they go with that. The Miz is still doing his own thing and it appears he will go up against Punk in the not too distant future.
What they are doing with the non-top titles is criminal. Bourne is suspended but you dont strip Kofi of the titles ergo the titles can't be defended for over a month. Rhodes hasn't defended the IC in a while and Orton, Booker, etc. don't need it. Ziggler needs to drop the title to Ryder, sooner than later.
It also appears that they have tabled the HHH/Nash storyline, which is good, as it was horrible.

11-30-2011 03:07 PM #312A little bit of info. While PWInsider reports that the cryptic WWE videos are for Chris Jericho's return in January, The Wrestling Observer reports that the videos are for the return of The Undertaker. Reports were that WWE means for the videos to be for Jericho but that he has not signed a deal, at last word. Speculation is that they intend for the video to be for Jericho but if things fall through with him, the video can be used for someone else

Thanks for that. I guess that makes sense, and seems to fit with the WWE's current plan of keeping options open for last minute or at least late in the game changeups in the plan. If Taker is healthy enough, it's a foregone conclusion that he'll be at Mania, so it'd be nice to get Jericho too.
I'm just a little worried about WWE's current product. The guys who everyone wants to see at Mania will be Rock, Jericho, and Taker..3 guys that are not going to be long term, every week wrestlers. It might make for an exciting buildup to Mania, but afterwards, it's back to a handful of interesting wrestlers and a lot of average guys. It's just a little disheartening.
Cody Rhodes could be giving serious cred to the IC title if he were actually given some matches to defend it. If they would book things properly, both he and Dolph would have those belts mattering again, although I think they've done a much better job with Dolph than with Cody. I'm a huge fan of both of them. Dolph is seriously a funny, witty guy, who I think will eventually take off when he makes a face turn. I see it kinda like the Rock: as a heel, he was a cocky, arrogant ***** that everyone hated. Once he turned face, he was still cocky and arrogant, but suddenly he was cocky and arrogant towards the heels and it was hilarious and completely eaten up by the crowd. Dolph might not go over as well as Rock, but I think he's got big things in his future.

The multiple possible return aspect of the vignettes is plausible especially with all of the reports that Vince has been re-writing Raws 5-6 times a week and making changes up to and until the shows. Clay was supposed to debut the last two shows, for instance, and was written out last minute, as in moments before they went live. Apparently the meddling has never been at this level before.
I could see them doing this just in case they want to/need to change their plan.

Loved this promo from CM Punk with Laurinitis, Del Rio, and Otunga.
"Congratulations Berto, you are somehow 9x more boring than Johnny is spineless."
"Otunga, I typed your name in but a bunch of stuff came up about someone named Jennifer Hudson."Last edited by Crazysilver03; 11-30-2011 at 03:54 PM.
