All four of the late signees have 2012 contracts and will not be playing this summer.

They can participate in the fall instructional program. Now wondering, will that be in the Sarasota complex, or here at Camden Yards, like last year?

Bundy headed to Sarasota today per article in the Sun below. "Definitely, the plan for me is to get up there [in the major leagues] in 2013. That's a very high goal. We'll see what happens," said Bundy, who reports to Sarasota, Fla., on Wednesday . "We truly believe that I'm going to be up there in 2013 and help the Orioles win some games."

All can participate in drills with teams this summer. Palmer threw out the possibility of Bundy going to the AZ Fall League but that was conjecture apparently.

Nicky is headed to Baltimore for physical and then to Sarasota. "The lefty hitter, who turned 19 in July, was a career .450 hitter in high school. He said he will take his physical in Baltimore this week and then head for Sarasota and eventually will take part in instructional league workouts in September."

Thanks for the information. I guess I am a little surprised they sign these guys to 2012 contracts. Why not have them get their feet wet for a few weeks?
