The concussion, and just personal preference. I like pocket passers with lots of smarts and poise. I don't fault teams for taking the more athletic guys, but I see them fail more than succeed so for me personally I look for that smart QB with the pocket presence and accuracy.

Moore reminds me a lot of Brees for some reason, just a gut feeling, but I had a similar feeling about Tom Brady when he was at Michigan, and Brees at Purdue. Enough I'd use a mid-rounder on him if he's being projected later, just to take the gamble.
