And with the start of Spring Training, there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel. I can almost smell the grass and feel the buzz of the dozens of fans that will wander into OPACY for her 20th birthday celebration.

This is going to be a boring offseason. MacPhail usually made some decent trades to discuss and controversial FA signings to tear apart. Whoever the new GM is (Buck, Hart, etc...) probably isn't gonna do much their first year in the position.

That, and I think the realization has kicked in that it really doesn't matter what happens while Angelos is the owner.
