That will be a good challenge, I think. It looked like he touched it while his legs were in the air, but by the time they landed out of bounds he was no longer contacting the ball. If that is the case then it should be the Redskins' ball.

I really hope it's overturned for Barnes' sake. After that pass intereference call earlier it would just be brutal for him to be termed as touching the ball while out of bounds, on top of that.
