If I understand this situation correctly, Tebow needs to win a Superbowl by age 33. My sources tell me he's not going to live any longer than that.

For what it's worth, Tebow's passer rating is 83.9, 14th among the 32 NFL QB's. His TD's per attempt and TD/Int rates are excellent, which is why he rates well even though he completes less than 50% and his yards per attempt are mediocre.
The main reason his passer rating and TD's per attempt are as good as they are is because he so rarely throws the ball. The occasional big passing play really skews the numbers and even though he doesn't throw that many TD's, he is given a chance and delivers enough when he does get in scoring range.

Which at this point, is the only way you can use him. I am impressed that he's been able to keep his INT numbers so low. Even with limited attempts, you'd think a guy without good accuracy would still have a high INT rate. He does make smart decisions with the ball.

Tebow wins SB at age 33.

Jesus Christ resurrected at age 33.

    Coincidence? I think not.

Wait he actually watches film! Good to hear he's a smart guy. I think his intelligence is probably a bit undersold in why he's so good. Glad to see a solid football based article about the edge the guy generates for himself week in and week out.

I thought this was a pretty good read.

    But that's just in 2 days. I think that's a lot.

500 units nationwide in two days, two weeks before Christmas, when people are making sure to get their orders in to have it shipped before the holiday. If it was over two days at the beginning of of the football season, I'd be impressed.

But they wouldn't be mentioning it unless it were out of the norm for fathead units being sold in a 2 day span. Obviously it's a big deal to fathead otherwise they wouldn't have been offering that information up to Rovell in the 1st place.

I guess. It still doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me. I'm not trying to downplay Tebow's popularity or anything. I don't know what Fathead's sales figures are like, but as far as I know, the only place to get them is on their site, and they're a nationally advertised licensed NFL product. 500 units of one of the most popular NFL players of the moment over two days right before Christmas just doesn't surprise me at all.

Would you be surprised if they sold 500 Brady or Rodgers Fatheads in two days? Tebow is all over the sports programs; all over the talk programs. He's a polarizing figure, and he's winning games.

Well it's pretty hard to gauge if this is a lot if we don't know how many other fatheads are being purchased...But it does seem like a lot. Christmas or not.

They left out that 498 of those 500 units were Christmas presents for teenage girls.

Fatheads Top Sellers according to their site

Oh gosh. Not only is the fathead of Tebow. It's of Tebow, Tebowing.

You gotta wonder of that 500 how many are gag Tebows!

What a fascinating business...selling giant poster sized men in action for walls.
