From Ted Leonsis' personal blog. I would encourage any Wizards fan to respond in the comments. I've left a comment, and after reading through other comments, I'm very glad the general sentiment is that EG needs to be gone. Not saying Ted should let a handful of fans influence his decision making, but hopefully he agrees.
It's a dark time to be a Wizards fan.

It didn't take Wittman very long to get half as many wins as Saunders milked out of this team.
Haha, this is true. The team looked good last night, although you certainly have to consider the competition. The Bobcats are one of few teams that could potentially finish with fewer wins than the Wizards, and they were missing two of their starters. Hell, Charlotte only had 49 points through 3 quarters; the Wiz have allowed that in a quarter and a half before!
We'll see how they play against some legitimate competition. Their game last night was very fundamentally sound all around, which is important to see. Blatche had the least impressive 17 and 10 game I've ever witnessed. Tyrus Thomas had 8 blocks, with at least half of them on Blatche. I feel bad for the guy because I think he honestly wants to play well and wants to be liked and everything, but has no clue. It's not his fault Ernie signed him to an idiotic contract.
Vesely and Seraphin got a nice amount of playing time and both played well. They both possess absolutely no offensive game outside of a few feet from the hoop, but I think they're both progressing. Shelvin Mack also continues to look very good in the backup PG role.
The last two drafts have not been bad, getting Wall, Booker, Seraphin, Vesely, Singleton, and Mack (also Crawford via trade). The problem with that group is none of them can shoot particularly well. Flip's system relied heavily upon hitting jump shots, which really doesn't work for this personnel. They are putting together the core, however, for a very solid defensive squad.
I still can't make up my mind on McGee and Young. Nick's defense has improved and he seems willing to learn and what not. I almost just want to clean house, though. I saw someone say something to the effect of, "Blatche and Nick are the last two infected with the poison of Arenas." I think that carries some weight. There's been a terrible, terrible culture the last handful of years, although I think you have to put McGee in that as well. I don't think any of them are bad guys, but my goodness, JaVale and Blatche got into a fight at a bar, with each other, on Christmas Eve. You just can't make something like that up. McGee is going to get big money. He'll get at least what DeAndre Jordan got, which was over 10+ per year. He could be worth it, BUT it could also end up being a pretty bad contract. I tend to think he'll at least have enough value to be worth something like that, but I'm not sure. The Wizards will have the opportunity to match any offer, so I think they should absolutely wait and see what kind of market he has. I wouldn't be surprised to see some team grossly overpay, because there are quite a few things you can teach, length and freakish athleticism are not one of them.
I'd be looking to trade Young. I don't think he wants to be here beyond this year anyway, and he's not as tainted with the "knucklehead" label as Blatche and McGee so you can probably get full value in a trade. As to Blatche and McGee, they are both talented underperformers. Maybe they will respond better to Wittman. They are tougher to trade due to Blatche's contract and their shenanigans.
What sort of value is that? He's a shoot-first ask questions later player. He can't create his own shot. He can't (or doesn't want) to play defense. If his shot isn't falling he's worthless. In the most ideal situation he's a role player that you count on for instant offense.
Wittman 2-1, Saunders 2-16.
