Here on its opening night, I'm waiting to see the HR sculpture in action. The aquarium is not as prominent as I thought it would be, but there sure is a lot of garish green to go around. All in all, I'm glad it's interesting.

I noticed the skyline of Miami behind the stadium which is really nice. The aquarium is made of bullet proof glass which is bad ass, the home run thing didnt bother me a first, now that I see it in HD it's ugly.

Oh and so far the Marlins still look like they stink

I am curious to see how the live fish respond to that type of environment.

Yea loud vibrations those fish would be in trouble even if it is bullet proof. I think its two layers of bullet proof. Gives a new meaning to "please do not tap glass" lol. I know one thing is if for some odd reason that a ball makes the slightest crack in that glass, I call BS on it being two layers of bullet proof glass.

It is a circus, did you see the girl on the bar upside down like pouring drinks and stuff, and the "marlins girls" at the beginning. Will this be there all 81 games I wonder.

How about Loria bringing out Muhammad Ali so the fans wouldn't boo him while on the field. Classy move.

Yes, it's been 15 years since it was the coolest thing in the world to go hang out in your shiny, new neighborhood Mallpark. Now everybody has one. Heck, the Tigers only bumped up to 7th in the AL in attendance the year Comerica opened.
