    I think they're pretty good, just not the indie Gods some make them out to be.

    Yeah, I'm with you. I like them a lot actually but some of my friends treat them like living legends. I wish I could have seen them on their reunion tour, though.

    Good lo-fi band. The expanded Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain really solidifies their overall body of work for me. Really great album once you stop and consider that what they were doing was noticeably unique for their era.
