Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. Robert Frost

A very wise decision Tony. Remember, " a life well lived is the best revenge". Good luck.

Tony, just wanna say thanks for running this site. It's probably best to take the high road and leave bridges in-tact instead of burning them. I'll be here regardless of what happens to the Orioles, or anything else.

Thanks Tony. The site should flourish even more when more Ravens and Terps fans discover it.

I agree with this. I'm here for the long haul. I spend about 50% of my time in the Orioles Talk, and I spread out another 50% in the other forums. I have met friends, learned of people's newborn babies and engagements and weddings and divorces. This place is OriolesHangout, but its so so SOOOOOOOOOOOO much more than that to those of us who frequent it so often. I wish the name would stay the same, but I understand if you feel the need to change it. All in all, you have my support and I have a feeling the OH will still be here and going strong long after the Angelos regime has vacated the Orioles.
Tony, thanks for all you, Scottie, and the rest of the bunch do. This Bud's for you!

Nice response, good idea not to get too personal or anything.

Your plan seems to jive with that of the Orioles, as they no longer seem concerned with producing Major League content either.

I'll stick with the Hangout. As for that supposed ML team in Baltimore, not so much. The older I get the less bull I want to put up with. Now I have to go to the bathroom and take an Oriole.

I <3 OH (that just happened...it's V-Day)
Good luck, Tony, in whatever direction you take this site. I - like everyone else - am not going anywhere.

I'l never leave the OH, but I'd be lying if I said I was going to be indignant towards the Orioles and stop supporting them and going to games. They're too ingrained in my life.

While losing the affiliation with the Orioles sucks, stuff happens, and its how you handle it that matters most. Tony, you seemed to have handled it very well thus far.
Moreover, its awesome how much everyone talks about this place as a community, I wrote an A-Paper last quarter on the OH Community, and this event, and its reactions, would have made for a great closing argument.
