Word is that Bobby's results are more dramatic.

Holy ****tttt
So basically...we've had pitchers in bad shape one year, come into camp in worse shape the next year. Now we have two guys in great shape coming into camp in unbelievable shape? It's like a dream come true.
Christ, his legs are growing sideways.
That dude's eighteen years old? Looks like John Cena. Or a cartoon.
I'm obviously not an expert, but I'd think with that much bulk he wouldn't have the agility needed to repeat a wind up.
Found this as well, to compete with Cespedes
Hopefully, it's a new trend he's setting. I'd be afraid that he's loosing some flexibility and natural movement by getting too bulked up. When you can't keep your arms at your side, you start to look unnatural, as far as I'm concerned. The proof will be in the results, but I would guess that very, very few past successful pitchers look anything like this. To be honest, I find the before and after photos disturbing. He looks pretty normal, but fit, in the befores. In the after, maybe it's an illusion, but his face and jaw look a lot longer. Kind of weird looking to me. But heck, if the guy pitches great, I don't care.

There have been bulky pitchers who succeeded...they were more fat than muscle though. David wells comes to mind. Heck look at CC Sabathia!! You think he's flexible?
My guess is that they're keeping a pretty close eye on his flexibility and mechanics. They don't seem to be the kind of family to make a fundamental mistake along those lines.
His back is red like he just got off the bench in the after picks. Your muscles always look more stimulated after a work out session as well.
