Don't forget "Brooks Robinson statue", since he's about to go from one to three in less-than seven months.

If you can't find a difference between accountability at the top of the organization, and a different logo on the hat, then I don't know what to tell you.

Why? It is something to which the fans latch on, and when the team "listens" and does make it happen, the fans find something else to whine about. It happens over and over again, and the common thread is the same: none of it matters until the team starts winning.

Peter Angelos could give hour-long Q&As right before every single home game and all of us would just find the next thing to complain about as long as the team remains under .500. Meanwhile, the Orioles could put "Baltimore-Washington-SoPa" on their Home and road jerseys, glue a 3D, plastic ornithologically-correct bird to the top of their caps, show a video of Angelos giving a Bronx cheer to the fans before every game, and an 85-win Orioles team would leave all of us content.

EDIT: There's also the ridiculous notion that putting the owner of the club in a carefully-controlled situation with specifically-chosen fans and pre-screened questions will somehow count as accountability, but that should be self-evident.

Actually, the questions posed to Bisciotti weren't all softballs. I found his answers very informative and I learned a lot about how the club does business and what Bisciotti's role is in the decision making process. I'd like to get the same information from Angelos.

I feel like he's hiding from us. He doesn't want to face the consequences for the team's poor performance under his ownership, so he doesn't talk to anybody. A Q+A would at least be a nice gesture to say that he is willing to take responsibility for the losing.

And if he's too old or ill to do so, who's making the decisions now and who will be making the decisions in 10 years?

Unlike world leaders, MLB Baseball Club Owners are permitted to remain comatose, as long as they remain profitable and abide by Bud Selig's directives.

Have the O's spoken to the KBO as of late, trying to smooth over the fiasco from a couple months ago?

Do the O's have a proprietary defensive metrics system? I know this question won't be answered, but I am curious since Duquette mentioned the Fielding Bible system in an interview recently.

I misread that as simply, "proprietary defense system" and thought you were asking if they had something like defense turrets around OPCY.

What level of annual attendance would need to be sustained for the Baltimore Orioles to spend 100 Million annually on their major league roster. Just the 25 major league players. This can't be a secret and it certainly would not put the team in any competetive disadvantage to disclose. Thank you.

    Dear Orioles,

I have attended every Opening Day since 1998 but can't find reasonable tickets this year. Hook a brother up?

    Yours,

    Pedro

How much money IF ANY have the Baltimore Orioles received from MLB revenue sharing funds?

and if they have received funds how were they applied to better the ballclub instead of just lowering payroll expenses?
