Patton didn't do himself any favors today? At least he got out of his mess. Strop may have just slit his own throat.

Two backwards K's in a row by Glynn Davis and Hester. Seriously?

Pinch-hitter John Hester strikes out, but John "Rudy" Ruettiger keeps the O's alive with a single.
Two on, two out.

Last I left it was 3-2 in the 7th, only to come back to a mid-carnage 4-3 score. Late implosions should have been further down the ST checklist. Four in the ninth? %^&$*.

Ryan Flaherty, earlier this spring, hit a game-tying HR in the 9th. Can he do the same today?

Flaherty Ks. Orioles lose, 6-3. They fall to 6-9-4 on the spring, while the Blue Jays improve to 16-4-1.

Why didn't we bring in Googles to nail down this save? Why are we paying him $6M when we could bring in Stroop to do that at 1/12 the cost?

;
Oh, its only spring training a Googs is working on a few things! And besides, I like the way the ball is coming out of his hand.

That is not good. I really want Strop to pitch well. He really might be on the bubble and I don't put it past Duquette to try and slip him through waivers while keeping a guy like Ayala. that's probably the first melt-down performance from Strop in an Orioles uniform. Hopefully it's just a bad day and he'll come back in hsi next appearances and throw well.
