Alot going on in that episode, while I definitely enjoyed it I feel like next week's will be better as there will be less recap/bringing people up to speed and more story telling progress.
I was definitely impressed with how they portrayed Melissandre, on the flip side I thought that Craster would look wilder/rougher if that makes sense. Greywind looked pretty badass when he came into
Jamie's cell. Can't wait for the next episode!

Awesome job with casting. Stannis, Melissandre, and Davos all looked exactly how I imagined them. The scenery was incredible. Right off the bat you could tell, "ok they got an increase in budget this season." The transitions between scenes and stories was seemless too, a lot less sudden than last season.

Agreed. Although the episode was not a classic, it did its job to set up the second season well. Peter Dinklage still steals every scene he's in though!

When the credits rolled at the start of the episode he was the first actor listed.

I noticed that as well and my wife was like, "Well that what you get when you win an Emmy!" Seriously though, his performance in every scene is amazing.

That scene with Cersei was fantastic. The relish with which he said "It must be pain you to be the disappointing child."

    Good episode.

I don't remember Cersei and Littlefinger having that exchange in the book.

That never occurred in the book. Some people have been complaining about that scene, I was a little annoyed with it myself as LF is usually more subtle than that.

The Tyrion/Cersei scene was great and we'll be seeing alot more of those two going at it this season, should be just as good as we saw last night if not better!

Oh, ok. Maybe they are trying to speed up his character somewhat.
