Getting excited about early season wins is a lot more fun than losing. And yes I am just beginning to think "What if".

What if they all get good at once?

Every one of these players has a ceiling that is above what they have done till now.

Some day we will win again. Is it now? Probably not. But stranger things have happened.

The Twins are bad, BUT they do have Mauer and Morneau, their two best hitters, back this year, and Willingham is a solid offensive player. They are still probably a 90 loss team but they should be better than last year.

What happened to them though? This was a model franchise for so long. Now their pitching is really poor and outside of their big 3 the offense is pitiful. Seems like the bloom is off that franchise's rose. Odd with the new stadium and big payroll.

The new stadium bump in revenues tends not to last long if you don't win.

The Twins also really handcuffed themselves with the Mauer and Morneau extensions.

I know it was the twins but having three good starts in a row along with well played baseball is something to appreciate. I believe besides reynolds the defense was stellar. Looks good seeing jim johnson come in for the saves. I feel good every yime I see him enter the game. It will be interesting see them against the yankees

We just need to go the rest of the way with a .390 winning percentage to beat atomic's prediction of 64 wins.

This site doesn't have enough perspective through the highs or the lows.

Whatever...Everyone should just be happy with the great start, be happy that things are going well and just enjoy it.

No need to label it, go over the top or anything like that.

It is what it is...a nice start to a long season.

You can't win them all if you don't win the first three.

I'm really enjoying this start to the season... But, I just looked ahead at the schedule for the next 3 months. It looks brutal... Riddled with games against Boston, NY, Rays, Jays, ATL, Philly, DC, Angels... It literally looks like a street map marked with a bazillion pot holes 10 ft deep.

Hopefully the O's pitching is good enough to carry them!!

The inevitable agony has been delayed 3 days. More than I thought would happen.
