    Actually, if Freddie Garcia were still pitching, I'd be in favor of that strategem. But the situation has changed. We need to swing the bat to even have a chance to get a hit.

    I feel like the Orioles are under some rule that says they can't swing at the first pitch, even if it's a fastball down the middle every time.
