I hate knowing we're going to get swept.

Pretty much a foregone conclusion that we lose tonight and get swept. Sabathia is 16-2 with a 2.74 ERA against the Orioles. Both games so far were winnable games that we pissed away due to poor situational hitting. But here we are, staring at a sweep at the hands of the Yankees once again.

That's what made last nights game so painful to watch. Knowing you had CC waiting to wrap things up. And don't look now you've got Toronto coming to town. Life in the AL East is brutal boys.

We are going to Toronto, not like it matters...they have owned us the last few years as bad as Boston and NY.

Yeah, I've got a bad feeling about tonight, but I know I'm going to watch anyway, kind of like a car wreck. Too bad we can't all just go to McLovin's house instead and play Call of Duty.

No way, dudes. I picked the O's to go 1-2 in that other thread, with this game being the one win. Totally a lock.

Jeez, go get in a sackcloth and go sit in an ash pile. Woe is you!

If you are ever going to get C.C., early in the season is the time. He wasn't exactly stellar his first time out (6 IP, 8 H, 3 BB, 5 ER). His career April ERA is 4.15, and we have an Opening Day win over him. Gotta think positive.

If you had stayed in Philly maybe I wouldn't be feeling this way, Frobby.

I pretty much felt this way on Monday morning. I guarantee the Yankees did.

If Nolan Reimold plays, we'll win tonight.

After watching FIVE hours of baseball last night, seeing a terrible loss, and getting all of 4 hours of sleep before the ******* alarm woke me up, the Orioles are the last thing I want to think about right now....

...but at 7Pm tonight I'll be hunkered down for a fight Baby. CC is going down.

Sometimes late in the season, too. In September of 2010, Yankee fans and YES TV were acting like Sabathia's 20th win of the season was a foregone conclusion when we played them at Yankee Stadium. Nolan and company had other ideas.

Fan4Life just posted that Reimold is batting .400 off Sabathia lifetime in 20 at-bats.

This positive outlook you have has no doubt taken you far in life. You're the guy I would want on my side when the fight breaks out.

Absolutely agree. CC is good but not invincible. If Buck sits Reynolds, we might get somewhere!
