Do you like the home white panel helmets or the road black better?

At first glance I liked the black better, but after looking at them, the bird is not visible enough. The bird is kinda lost in the black.

One pet peeve of mine is that they don't have an "O's" helmet that matches the hat. I've never cared for the O's hat, but I think if they're going to wear it they need to splurge for the matching helmets.

I like them both, and I like the idea of using both of them.

My first Orioles helmet that I got at Shea Stadium in 1972 was just the black. My second one at the same venue was in 1978, and it had the white panel. They were both great.

To me, using the Cartoon Bird is top priority. The use (or non-use) of the white panel is gravy.

You can tell from my avatar what I prefer, though, it's the 70's version. I like the white panel for the hat, not the helmet. It just looks odd for some reason. The O's hat looks like a novelty item for thugs.

It does say something when most Orioles fans dont wear it, but thugs who dont even know what the "O's" is for wear it.

The less that I see that stupid symbol, the better.

Personally...I prefer the white, but they'd both look better if they weren't so shiny.
