    Would you trade Jones for...

    Ellsbury and Middlebrooks?

    Ellsbury got hurt today. He provides a much more needed tool in speed once he returns. He's a better defender, though with a worse arm. Middlebrooks is their best prospect and he plays 3B (a position we obviously have a need for).

    I know this would hurt us for the short-term, but could be great for us long-term, especially considering that Jones has had his own injury problems in the past.

    Nutso. Ellsbury is worth much more than Jones by himsel. even injuredf.

    Ellsbury came in second for the MVP last year so this is completely unrealistic.
