    I wonder about the value of guys who are so inconsistent that, for 70-80% of their games, they don't produce anything offensively -- and then once in a while they take a moonshot on a "mistake" pitch and turn around a ballgame. The latter situation is a pretty obvious boost to their Wins Above Replacement, but I wonder how much the team suffers from their lack of production when they're "slumping".

    Like during the MFY series.
