Dontrelle Willis walks out on the Orioles without permission

Orioles GM Jim Duquette confirmed Monday that Dontrelle Willis left Triple-A Norfolk "without permission.""He just left," Duquette told Jon Heyman of CBS Sports. Willis apparently had a disagreement with the coaching staff at Norfolk after being assigned to a relief role. The O's have placed him on the restricted list and aren't sure whether he'll be returning to the organization. Apr 23 - 3:40 PMSource: CBS Sports

Edit (I hate my keyboard. Can someone please fix the spelling of Dontrelle in the title?)

    Kthxbai.

Willis won't get any better. Take it from someone who watched him pitch in Detroit.

LOOGY is as good as he'll ever do again. He needs to accept that.

If you walk out on the Orioles AAA team, you better start preparing yourself for life in the real world.

With all the walks he allows, we should allow him to walk.

Oh, I don't know. He could well catch on with the York Revolution or the Kansas City T-Bones, and spend the next several years as a nondescript pitcher in a league full of undrafted free agents and A ball washouts.
