Bill Hall has now hit in 7 straight games ... Batting .367 (11 for30) with 2 homers and 5 RBI. The should be up soon if he keeps hitting.

Hall also has four errors in his nine games this season. It's nice to see him heating up a little, but I can't imagine he would help the O's. Last year he hit decent in the minors too (and identical 826 OPS to what he has right now in Norfolk), when he was called up he hit .214 with a painful OPS of 575 in 62 games for two different teams.

It's just the same thing DD was doing in the offseason. Signing depth guys. I ridiculed it then, loving it now.
As much as I don't like to think about it, injuries are bound to happen. It's nice to have capable guys ready to step in.
