This is a really nice pick, we needed a top notch back up RB to give Rice a breather or if god for bid he got hurt. Pierce has big time talent too, kid is animal running the football. When we drafted Bernard , Todd Mcshay was really high on the kid falling just short of saying he has Arian Foster type talent.

The more I read about Pierce, the more I like this pick. He really could be a huge steal. Kinda reminds me of a faster Terrell Davis. I think Oz and Co. hit a homerun on this one.
