Me and the-evil-woman-who-shall-not-be-named made enchiladas with salsa verde once. The tomatillos, pablanos, all roasted on the stove. Pork boiled slow for what seemed like three days.

I guess mine is more of a salsa fresca. No cooking. I'll try a red uncooked one next, and then try roasting something.

Also blender-related: milkshakes! and smoothies!

I just did the very traditional. The peppers, onions, good fresh tomatoes, some dried cilantro, OLD Bay and LOTS of cracked black for more heat. Some V-8 for tomatoeeyness.

My secret is Szechuan peppercorns, it works well with a spicy salsa.

Can we bring in Jason Berken for long relief? It's just not Chen's night. He doesn't have it. I don't want to ruin our awesome offensive production with a completely disheartening loss because we couldn't get rid of our failing starter in time.

Berken got sent down when Andino was activated. The O's once again have a bullpen full one inning guys.
