At one time, he was a legitimate prospect and member of the 40-man roster. The 303 career K's in 205 IP are particularly impressive. However, he walked too many guys and couldn't stay healthy. The new regime is certainly continuing to change the face of the O's minor league organization, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Sad to see. Was super excited about him in 2009 when he absolutely dominated Bowie. Worst thing about baseball is the way these guys with legit talent have their careers decimated by injuries.
