Who do they call up for an extra arm?
I assume they would send Exposito back down to bring up an extra arm after tonight.

I think the O's might be able to get by without another arm. Lindstrom could pitch tomorrow, since he only went 1 inning tonight (and a quick one). O'Day didn't pitch tonight, so he could work 1-2 innings. JJ is available. And of course, if the score isn't close, Kevin Gregg could mop up.

No off days coming up, either. I think they have to make a move here pretty soon.

I'd like to see them call up two pitchers and release Gregg and send Esposito back down. Pomeranz pitched tonight so we might have to wait a bit for that.
Gregg is in a pretty much use(less) situation tomorrow. I think we are in better position that Boston's bp at least.
