    Meet Duquette after game today

He is certainly the nerd I figured him to be but Dan is a happy man these days. He was falling out with the crowd and I saw him. I ran up to him like a child and thanked him. He told me that he hoped I liked the things he was trying to do. We talked for a few minutes. There was so much I wished I asked but it was very exciting to talk to him.

Duq seems to be ALL about baseball. Very little of his brain is reserved for other things.

    Go Orioles!!!

You know after being rejected by baseball for ten years he probably wants to win his respect back in the worst way. This is going to be one driven cat for years.

Tough to gauge but usally you see a hundred or so at most. I have talked to some O fans that were scared to wear their colors but not today. I saw alot of pride in wearing the Orioles jersey today. The O was loud during anthem I'm guessing a thousand today.

    You lucky bastard.

I got to pat Adam Jones on the back and we smiled at each other after the Colts-Ravens game in 2009. We were both walking down the ramps from the upper deck.

Red sox fans have very subdued this year. Sox have been giving away alot of tickets this year in order to preserve the sell out streak. Pathetic!! I hate how they talk about the orioles park being empty when its all about winning. When Rodger Clemens struck out 20 there were like 100 people in the stands. Why? Cause they sucked. Its time to be proud and support this team at home.

Adam Jones was sitting in the upper deck for the Ravens game? That is baffling.

He was originally on the Ravens' sideline, but they told him to take a hike because he was wearing a Johnny Unitas Colts jersey.

I was wearing my Earl Morrall Colts jersey, so the 2 old pros had a reunion on the walk downstairs.

Huh? That just makes it even more confusing. Why would they kick him off the sideline for that?

Don't some of the club level and box seats exit out onto the same ramps that you use to come down from the upperdeck? Obviously, the box level has their own elevators too but I think that might explain why he was coming down from up there. As for why they "kicked" him off the sideline, usually they let people walk around before the games/during warmups but very few, even celebrities, get to stay down on the sidelines so I'd imagine he wouldn't stay down during the game. And if he was wearing a Colts jersey I don't think that would help his case (even a Baltimore colts jersey).

Additionally, this title is frustrating me. I keep thinking people had an opportunity to meet DD but I'm guessing the OP meant met.
