Hopefully Damian Prince will be announcing that he is going to be a Terp tommorrow.

Hey, we were in the running for him too. I'm pretty sure we backed off because he seems to be an almost certainty to MD.

That would make two 5 star guys we can't pry away from Maryland.

The Terps are ninth in the B1G and 60 something nationally. I'm not sure how much they move up with the Prince pick up. This is a small recruiting class. That is a big reason why the rankings are so low. They did pick up some quality on the offensive line which was much needed.

Where will Maryland's class rank?

As of this writing, the Terps' class ranks 52nd in the nation and 10th in the Big Ten. That's slightly swayed by the small class Maryland is bringing in (by average rating, they're eighth in the conference), but adding Prince would make a big difference. The five-star offensive tackle could bring the class as high as 38th in the nation and seventh in the Big Ten, behind the "B1G Boys" -- Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Wisconsin, Michigan State and Nebraska.
