This is great thanks! Now as alluded to here and in other threads - if we don't spend the full $2.2M in the first ten rounds, we can overspend (>$100K) in rounds above round ten right? Some of the draftees above round three but lower than eleven may just be "filler" so that we can spend more later.

You can only overspend if you actually sign the player to an under-slot deal. Not signing the player removes the money from the pool.

For instance, If Steve Wilkerson signs for 57, you could give someone drafted 11< 200 k.

Also, there is a percentage that can be spent over the total pool that does not require a draft pick penalty, just cash fine. If I am not mistake the Orioles could go as high as 2.66 without loss of pick.
