If you know something Roy, please tell us. Last I read, the O's had 10 days to trade Nolan or waive him and there must be at least 5 days left. What are you going to say when Nolan resigns with the O's because nobody claimed him?

Someone should give Nolan a shot, but he just might slip through. But for now, I'll wait until Nolan's actually gone before wishing him well.

Nolan Reimold has not been placed on waivers. Steve Pearce is Bondsian in his OPS currently. Henry Urrutia is coming back from hernia surgery.

Weams, What's the date the O's have to trade him or waive him by? And shouldn't THAT date be the start date of any goodbye Nolan thread??

Does him getting to waivers seem like a good thing to anyone else? Why not make a trade, unless you think he'll clear waivers?

They've spent the last several days attempting to trade him.

It's not easy to trade a player when it's well known he'll most likely end up on the waiver wire.

It's ashame that after all these years of trying to make him work, we're going to let him go for nothing. Wish we either kept him or got anything for him.

You can't trade hurt guys. Not without proving they are not hurt. And this team can ill afford that.

Sometimes you get nothing for something.

It's just like I was told last evening. Hobgood is never going to amount to anything. Low exceptions for anything out of Givens and Brian Matusz is nothing but a Loogy. Now or ever.

Sure it is. You trade him to a team that isn't at the top of the waiver list.
