I guess it makes sense to take a brief rest, but he's not going to bust out of the slump sitting on the bench, and we need him to get it going right now. Not sure what defense metrics say, but isn't his glove stronger than Delmon's? Oh well.

Delmon may have the fourth best arm on our team. Certainly second best outfield arm.
