Telecast guys while watching the swing noted he has good hand-eye coordination and bat speed, gets the head on the ball. Otherwise it seems they don't know much.

Probably just that they have not gotten a chance to see him much. The cold weather kids can drop just because of location.

So does that mean we get an A+ for getting a top 100 guy in the 4th rd? How crazy is it that from we only have 1 pick in our system from the top 4 rounds last year. This year we are adding 5 with more to come next year.

It's not worth giving them any grade until we see how these guys do in the minors. I'm just glad they're selecting guys that the national data-collectors know about.
