While the Orioles have unquestionably sputtered over the last 5 weeks since they were 58-40, they also have not fallen under the double-digit mark (at least 10 or more games over .500) since June 6th, when they were 33-23.

Hence, this 2016 team is looking considerably different than the average 2015 team, who never strayed very far over or under the .500 mark for the entire season, and finished up at 81-81 overall.

Depends how you interpret the data. They finished 18-13 in Sept./Oct. However, 5 of those wins were in the final 5 games.

I'd certainly take 18-14 from here forward.
