Not even an all star this year. And it's not like his first half was bad.

How is that even possible? The Twins are already over 100 losses. And this is the real reason I'm bumped this: they have a Orioles circa 2007 pitching staff. Of the 11 pitchers who've started for the Twins 10 of them are currently sporting 5.00+ ERAs. Including Jose Barrios who's made 12 starts to an 8.88, which is the 13th-worst ERA of all time in 10 or more starts.

Not as Bad as Brian Matusz though!

He's proof that there's hope for late bloomers. An 8th round pick who had a .623 OPS in the IL at age 25. Career high .762 OPS in the bigs coming into this year. Explodes at age 29.

He's proof that there is something that happened. That's for sure. Or that there is not that big a difference between the top 100 players in the world and the rest of the top 800.

The Twins' rep was Eduardo Nunez, who was carrying an .836 OPS at the ASB, compared to Dozier's .786. By the way, Dozier has finally come back to the planet Earth, hitting only one homer in his last ten games and posting a .471 OPS in those games. He's still at 42 homers, .905 OPS overall -- not too shabby.
