    The managers magic number for this team is a 6 run limit. If not for the rustiness of Parrish it would have been dead on. Parrish should be ok now. Renewed confidence, and settleness.

    I wanted to tell everyone not to worry when the Os went down 8-2, but I was at a bar and had no internet access.

    Anyway, the Orioles simply win on May 17th. I know, because it's my birthday.

    Remember that heavyweight battle a few years ago against Seattle that Chris Hoiles won with a grand slam in the bottom of the ninth, to cap the scoring at something like 15-14? May 17th.

    I ain't saying we're going to win, but DO NOT count us out of this one.
