Still doesn't mean Raffy should be batting 5th in this lineup, but it's nice to see him hitting well here tonight, especially with 2 outs.

He's a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE. His salary is PAID BY THE FANS. Of course we can disparage his weight. If he was able to condition himself and stay focused we wouldn't suffer through his performances every fifth game!

I bet half the people that make those posts are fat-a$$es themselves. Sidney had a bad night...he's had a bunch of good ones, and we've been able to win with him on the mound this year. Is he an ace as many originally had hoped, no, but he's better than the number 3 or 4 guy on most teams, and every now and then he shines (remember 87 pitch complete game shutout verses the yankees?). I'm not saying you shouldn't ever be negative, I'm just saying many of you people seem to enjoy it too much...Oh and by the way for all of you that gave up early on, what team have you been watching this year? We were never out of this, and now we're ahead.
This post sounds like Fatso got off the hook for a loss. The fool needs to condition himself mentally and physically.

You da man! I would'a gotten booted that night, but unfortunately, I was in St. Simons Island, Georgia, in...a bar. There seems to be a correlation between May 17th, Orioles' wins, and me being in a bar...

If Palmeiro drives in another run, he ties Cal for most 9th all-time in the American League.

I don't know why Maz took out Parrish. I think you have to get three innings out of him so you don't burn the bullpen up. I know the game is close, but you just klicked sand in JP's face and now he's going to burn up his bullpen.

Gibbons is quietly playing some good ball right now. He's hitting very well.
