I wish some of you all were out with me tonight. I just got kicked out of Mex and I'm furious. Granted it was already 2am, but there are principles involved.

I'm drinking with friends at Mex when I notice that Josh Beckett is there. He's a little banged up, but whatever. We're making our way out of the bar and I start saying "F*** the Red Sox!" Some guy who works there looks at the bouncers as says "he's gotta go. Get him outta here." The bouncer then aske me to leave.

I walked into the courtyard area and Beckett is leaning up against the fence. I told him that I didn't mean to offend him and I'm sorry if I came off the wrong way. He shook my hand and gave a drunk head nod. He obviously didn't care that much.

So how the f*** am I getting kicked out of a bar in Baltimore for saying F the Red Sox? What the hell is that? If you're really that worried about kissing Beckett's arse why not just tell me to relax? Why do we have to straight kick me out? I wasn't in his face, I wasn't offending him personally, I was just supporting my team. What the hell?!?!?!?!

I'm so freaking furious right now I can't see straight. I'm glad I rediscovered this thread so I have a place to vent. My friend got kicked out right after me defending what I had done. Ridiculous. I can't believe that just happened.

1. There was no ass kissing.
2. As much as I hate to admit this I hate the Red Sox and I hate Josh Beckett the baseball player, but I really have nothing again the drunk-at-the-bar Josh Beckett.
