Hi....this thread needs a bump and I'm definitely still meeting the qualifications for posting here, despite being at work and despite it being past 10AM the next day.

How I remember the days at work, going out for lunch and returning hours later - blitzoid. Enjoy the day and the cojones that go with the territory!

Oh, man.... I used to do this when I was schlepping mortgages a few years ago. We'd get to work, book 4 or 5 deals in the morning and then sit down at Peter's on Water Street and get after it for a few hours. Oddly enough, some of my more productive afternoons came while I was sh*thoused.

Productive in what way? At least you're relaxed and stress free so good things can happen.

    Bookin' deals, buddy!!!!!

I remember my boss saying, "I'm going to overlook the fact that you're drunk because you booked me 7 deals today."

For the record, I went back out after work and ended up sleeping under my desk. The next day I wasn't quite as productive... but I had lots of paperwork from the previous day anyway, so it worked out.

    OK, 3 things:

I am said friend and I would like to point out that you did not want to go through this experience sober and if you recall correctly, you thanked me later.
