the lady that looks like a bird for the RoomStore commercials really irritates me.

Can't stand her either. And my dislike of her makes her snarky comments that much more distasteful.

I hate, I hate, I hate all the Visa commercials where everyone is singing and dancing and marching in step any paying with their Visa cards and then some schmoe has the nerve to want to pay with cash and the world crashes.

I use a debit card to pay for almost everything, but if I ever go to a business where someone is given an attitude for paying cash I'm never going back to that business ever again.

The absolute worst and dumbest commercials on tv and radio have to be the latest GIANT FOOD ads.

It is an irritating high pitched ladies voice pretending to be dog food or juice- whatever product group is on sale this week.

But the point is stupid, though. Paying with a credit/debit card isn't all that fast. You still have to wait for your receipt to print. And besides, I don't think I've ever met ANYONE who actually uses the debit part of their card. When I used to work as a cashier in college, everyone chose credit over debit, unless they wanted cash out.

I completely didn't understand those commercials at first. The guy asking the kid the questions is kind of hard to hear. Once I paid more attention, I got it and it was funny. But that's kind of not the point of commercials, is it? You're supposed to be able to both get the joke and hear the product without paying a whole lot of attention.

That said, yeah, very funny ad.

This is so egregious, I can't believe this hasn't been mentioned yet. I guess it goes with out saying.

I HATE Geico. Someone should shoot both the caveman and the stupid geiko. The RoomStore commercials run a close second. While someone is shooting the caveman and the geiko, they should track down that woman in the RoomStore commercial and shoot her too.

Those Vitamin Water commericals are seriously getting on my nerves.

The Pepsi commercial for their new energy drink thing with all the people yawning is very annoying.

And some deoderant commercial, I forget who, but their selling point is that their deoderant is so much better than the "watery" deoderants. It's accompanied by a clip of a fat hairy guy slobbing some goo under his pits and then using a hairdryer to dry it off, yielding in an afro on his chest. It's disgusting.

These new radio ads for MASN. Not so much the content, because they're not that bad, praising Bedard and Guthrie. But couldn't they have gotten some of the real on-air talent to do the background "play by play?" Or sampled some actual game audio? Because whoever they got to play act as an announcer is annoyingly awful. It sounds like a bad Mel Allen impression with no idea how to actually call a game.
