I'll give you that, but it's not saying much. They still don't hold their value.

I'm an elitist Toyota owner, so I pretty much look down upon every other make.

Then how does it feel to know that Honda now consistently makes better cars?

(btw I'm a former Toyota owner with no dog in this race as I don't own a car now)

Maybe some of the American automakers. Ford had an excellent year last year, and they were rated as highly as Toyota/Honda in reliability last year. That being said, GM continued their nosedive.

The E-surance commerical with that guy singing has to be one of the worst sounds I've ever heard.

"It's okay to be yourself...it's okay to be yourself.....it's okay to be yourself"

I believe that song is the sound of insanity.

I would pay a weeks salary to meet that long Fabio haired douche on the UPS White board commercials, just so I could kick him in the junk. I know I have said it before but, I loathe that guy.

The worst commercials on TV are the Sonic ones. Those people at the drive-thru just make me cringe.

I actually think those commercials are hilarious, but - as I believe I've noted before on this thread - I can't really understand why they advertise in the Baltimore market. According to Sonic's location search, there is not a single location in the state of Maryland. Not one. Not even in the DC market, unless you count Charlottesville.

    I mean...huh?

We have Sonics here in NC. I really like it, but those commercials have got to go.

For me it's Nissan or nothing. I had a '96 200SX that I absolutely drove into the ground and recently bought a used Infiniti that runs like a dream. Plus they're generally a few grand cheaper than their Toyota or Honda counterparts because you're paying for the name.

What bugs me about that commercial, besides it's frequency, is that they put that girl in heels so when they do the Stomp-esque music making with the cut clips, she's always standing in really awkward ways.

But right now I'm really "enjoying" the new McDonalds commercial where a group of kids wins the soccer championship, but somehow, the losing team comes out as winners because they got Happy Meals. I bust out laughing with a YEAH RIGHT! when the winning team drops the trophy. They went for cutesy and completely missed it.

Anyone else here think the people singing the "singers" for the "BAMC Home Loans" commericals have the absolute WORST voices ever?

"BAMC Home Loaaaans, no points no closing costs, zero fees.....guaranteeeeeed!"
