New most hated Commercial
Back when he was on Sportscenter, early on, I could put up with Kenny Mayne. After awhile I got sick of him and now that he's on Progressive Commericals, every commerical break on ESPNews I get blessed with his wry sarcastic wit about car insurance.
Other commericals I hate...
Taylor Hicks for Ford
Jared for Subway...those Jon Lovitz ones aren't great either.
Head-on Headache relief
Dr.Z for Dodge
Those are the ones that come to mind...I'm glad I forgot the others.Last edited by Cornbread; 08-08-2006 at 05:47 PM.

"Men should act like men. And beer should taste like beer."
So men should act like crotch-scratching, flannel wearing, grunting jerks who drink nasty beer in a can? GAH!

I think the thinking behind that commerical is that as soon as you hear, you get a headache.

You don't like men, do you?

On the contrary, I like them very much. I don't especially like anyone saying "this is what men (or women, or small blue furry creatures from Alpha Centaurii) should act like in order to be men (or women, or small blue furry creatures from Alpha Centaurii)." Generalizations are bad, mmmkay? Especially when those narrow generalizations you're trying to shove people into aren't even considered valuable traits.

Hummer commercial on YES! Network
Since I live in New Jersey, I watched the three games against the Yankees last weekend on the YES! Network (which only exists in the NYC metro area... NOT a reasonable place to own a Hummer... as if there is a reasonable place). They had this commercial where there's a guy in line at the grocery store buying a bunch of vegetables and organic tofu and the tofu won't scan on the cash register and there's a bigger, buffer guy in line behind him buying nothing but a ton of meat who gives him a dirty look. The tofu guy then storms out of the store with his cart full of vegetables, jumps in his car and drives straight to the Hummer dealer to buy himself a hideous gas guzzler. The voice over says "restore the balance." Unbelievable! I can't even come up with any commentary that would do that justice.

Mine still remains Liberty Medical
'Check your blood sugar and check it often' and now for the best.... 'It will help you live a better life'
If I have to hear that one more time my head will fly off

I hate the stupid Coors Light "Twins" commercials. Can't really tell you a reason why, but I can't stand them.

Screw you Coors Light, your beer tastes like piss.Last edited by Mashed Potatoes; 08-09-2006 at 12:39 AM.

1)The Coors Light commercial for the can liner where the girl thinks the guy is proposing
2)The Holiday Inn commercial with the Joe Buck ballwashers
3)Dr. Z for Chrysler or whatever car it is (see, it's not working! I can't remember the brand!)
4)Taylor Hicks Ford commercials: "POSS-AH-BILL-IH-TEEEEEEEEZZZZZ!!!!!!!"
5)Red Roof Inn commercials: "MUUUUULTI-TASKING!" and, "The chances of me working are. . .REMOTE! BWAHAHAHAHA!"
6)The Cingular one with the mom and the daughter who are fighting but actually saying nice things. "Fewest dropped calls!" Yeah, if you can't get service to start the call in the first place, of course it won't get dropped! Cingular sucks.
