Losing a game is heartbreaking. Losing your sense of excellence or worth is a tragedy.

Apparently, there's a little red demon dwarf that haunts the city, and before every major bad thing that's happened, it's appeared to somebody. Last time, he appeared in a Cadillac.

Speaking of Cadillacs... I love the song Pink Cadillac. Originally by Bruce. Probably my favorite thing he's done. Period.

But Natalie Cole did the terriblest version of the same song.

I've pondered this song for a long time. Whether it's a male or female singing it. The song has a completely different meaning, depending. Talk about double entendre!

We got to put in some tight measures and we got to tighten our belt, and we've got to stop spending where we don't have the money,

Now the truth has been told by outside people,

and our thing now is the blame is not with malice, it is with the purpose of raising the conscience levels of this community,

that there's going to be some serious sacrifices that we all have to make as a result of what the experts have told us.

You know, if you would have told me twenty-five years ago that some day I’d be standing here about to solve the worlds energy problems, I would’ve said you’re crazy… Now let’s push this giant ball of oil out the window.

This is my depressed stance. When you're depressed, it makes a lot of difference how you stand. The worst thing you can do is straighten up and hold your head high because then you'll start to feel better. If you're going to get any joy out of being depressed, you've got to stand like this.

The very first thing I remember in my early childhood is a flame, a blue flame jumping off a gas stove somebody lit....I remember being shocked by the whoosh of the blue fame jumping off the burner, the suddenness of it....

Funk is fun. And it`s also a state of mind, ... But it`s all the ramifications of that state of mind. Once you`ve done the best you can, funk it!

They were spreading out more than I was. I would've stayed with the band.

Why am I here? Why are you here? Why is anybody here? I think it was Jean-Paul Sartre who once said... how do you spell spell Sartre?
